Projections ’10 is a nation wide competition run annually by Trampoline that is open to all photography students, photographic assistants and photographers and photo artists that have been established for 3 years or less.
Projections ’10 gives emerging photographers the opportunity to gain career building exposure within the photographic industry and wider creative community. The competition is designed to encourage excellence across a series of images rather than a single image and to highlight the very best emerging photographers in Australia.
Premiering the finalists in Melbourne and Sydney, Canberra and Brisbane theatres, Projections 10 provides a night that is inspirational and entertaining. Screening the finalists with contemporary music, the event showcases the latest photographers to keep an eye on. In past years the finalists have come from the many disciplines of photography from commercial to photojournalism and art to science.
