Studio 20/17; a Sydney based combined gallery and workshop will be hosting a pop up exhibition (Feast) throughout December. The showcase will exhibit one-off pieces of innovative jewellery and objects by Australian and international contemporary jewellery designers. The event runs from the 20th - 24th December 2009 and is curated by Zoe Brand - The Depot Gallery.
Feast celebrates the predetermied as well as the gloriously spontaneous moments that happen around the christmas feasting table. Bring your christmas cracker humour to the table and Join us for a celebation of jewellery and Objects.
About Studio 20/17:
Studio 20/17 exists within 2 Danks Street, an exciting arts hub with 9 galleries offering Australian and International contemporary art, shops and a cafe. The gallery showcases work by Australian and International contemporary jewellery artists.
Bridget Kennedy and Melanie Ihnen both work in the studio, creating ‘limited edition’ series, commission and exhibition work. Visitors to the space are able to see the work in progress.
